Erin Riley leverages over 30 years of experience in the music and entertainment industries. While Executive Director of the Philadelphia Branch of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, Inc., the organization that produces the GRAMMY Awards, the Branch was awarded Chapter status by the Academy’s Trustees, an accomplishment achieved only once before in Recording Academy history.

Her experience in radio began as a disc jockey at the legendary KROQ in Los Angeles and led to her position as Music Director/Assistant PD at WMMR in Philadelphia. In her 8 years there, Erin received the nod from the Gavin Report three times as Music Director of the Year and landed the Music Director of the Year award from Billboard in 1987.

In 1990, Erin ventured out on her own, forming Critical Mass, a music marketing and promotions company. Critical Mass provided artist management, consultancy, rock & roll memorabilia, concert production and promotion.

Missing the microphone, Erin returned to radio at WXPN to host Xtra Local (showcasing independent music) and produced the highly successful Singer/Songwriter Weekends held on the Delaware River waterfront.

Roccer Mom, LLC is Erin's latest venture.

Roccer Mom owns
Rock & Roll After School a music club for kids in Collegeville, PA offering private music instruction and rock bands for kids and teens.
